Format, timing & fees
Timing
Available year-round, except around Chinese New Year. We recommend contacting us at least six weeks before your preferred travel dates. Actual lead time depends on itinerary complexity and host availability.
Fees
Quoted per group, based on duration, group size, program content, and itinerary.
The final proposal and contract will specify whether international and intercity travel, accommodation, visas, insurance, meals, and personal expenses are included.

Our first Open Program: interest registration is now open
Planned for 2027 in Shanghai and Hangzhou, for individuals and small teams.
Allocators, investment professionals, business leaders, founders, researchers, and others with a professional or personal interest in AI and robotics are welcome.
Dates, fees and the minimum group size will be announced soon. Those who register interest will be notified first when applications open. Participation will be confirmed based on applicant background, program fit and available places.
